3. Discussion of Letter Dated March 18, 2009 from Mid-Management Association Chapter of International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers Local 21 (AFL-CIO) Requesting Opportunity to Participate in CEO Hiring Process. (S. Judkins) (EL-9)

Recommendation: Discuss the letter from the SCVWD Mid-Management Association Chapter of International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers (IFPTE) and take actions as deemed appropriate.

4. Support for Appointment of Director Larry Wilson to California Water Commission. (R. Callender) (EL-9.6)

Recommendation: Authorize the Board Chair to send a letter to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger supporting the appointment of Director Larry Wilson to the California Water Commission.
