3. Update on South County Recycled Water Program. (K. Whitman)

Recommendation: The South County Regional Wastewater Authority (SCRWA) and Santa Clara Valley Water District (District) Boards receive this update on the South County Recycled Water Program.

4. Discussion on Issues of Mutual Interest to Santa Clara Valley Water District and South County Regional Wastewater Authority Boards, Including Santa Clara Valley Water District's Countywide Redistricting Process, Llagas Creek Flood Protection Project, and Santa Clara Valley Water District Groundwater Charge Zones. (R. Callender, L. Lee, and D. Taylor)

Recommendation: The Boards discuss their perspectives on the issues to gain a better understanding of each other's concerns.
